  • We want to get to know your brand, vision, and goals. This session is to lay down the social media plan and ensure everything resonates with your audience and business.

  • Our favorite part. We will develop a clear, and tailored strategy for every post, email and engagement effort. Additionally, we will connect with you every month for a 60 minute strategy call to review progress, discuss insights and refine our approach as needed. We want to ensure a dynamic and productive strategy.

  • We’ll create 16 pieces of content for 2-3 platforms of your choosing. Each post is crafted to engage your audience and reflect your brands message.

    Step One- Inquiry Form

    Once you have read over our packages and pricing, complete our inquiry form and you will hear back from us within 48 business hours.

    Step Two- Let's Chat

    We want to know all about you, your business and see how L.I.T is aligned with your vision. We will have a free 30 min call to go over the package and service to determine if we are a good fit for you.

  • Step Three- Contract & Agreement

    Let’s do this! We’ll send over the proposal and contract for you to complete. We can make any adjustments as needed of course. Once it is signed, it’s official!

  • Yes! Our monthly packages are designed for monthly payments, however we can split that payment into two equal payments (biweekly). We can also arrange for a custom payment option for our custom/bundle package, allowing for a more flexible and seamless process.

    Please inquire about payment plans on our consulting services.

  • Our turnaround time depends on the size of the project. We suggest 4-8 weeks from your desired launch date of the project, in order to ensure there is enough planning on both ends. We may be able to inquire a shorter turnaround time! Inquire for more information.

  • Of course, we are happy to travel! We are based on the East Coast and work with clients nationwide.

  • We put long term success first, which is why we require a minimum of 4 months on our monthly services. You will have the option renew your contract with us at the end of our agreement (we’re sure you’ll want to ;)

  • Yes you will receive a first draft of your feed and content calendar for you to review and request edits if needed.
